• Herman Kahn was a supporter of Detterence. Some of the ideas expressed in his book were that of what would happen after a nuclear war. He said that the U.S. would be destroyed, whereas the U.S.S.R. would suffer a devastating blow.

• I think that his ideas are quite realistic, even though they contradict to mine. I say this because I would've thought that humanity would've been destroyed all together after a nuclear war.
